We provided advice to the Gauteng Growth Development Agency relating to professional negligence by its professional consultant and instituted a claim (on behalf of the GGDA) on the Professional Indemnity Insurance of the service provider.

We currently defend litigious claims instituted by the public and covered by Willis, the Insures of ACSA.
