We are able to advise on compliance implementation and are able to conduct compliance assessments on behalf of our clients. We assist our client to better understand their POPIA compliance responsibilities.

In this regard, we have, amongst others, assessed applications for prior authorisation on behalf of the Information Regulator and considered each application to ensure compliance with conditions for processing set out in the Protection of Personal Information Act.
