We offer legal advisory services relating to Electricity Regulation Act 4 of 2006, National Energy Regulator Act, 4 of 2004, National Energy Act 34 of 2008 and assist with drafting and reviewing agreements relating to these statutes.

We are currently acting for the City of Johannesburg in a matter wherein the applicant seeks to review and set aside the National Energy Regulator ’s municipal tariff guideline and benchmark methodology used by the former to determine municipal electricity tariffs.
