We assist both public and private sectors with employment policies, disciplinary processes at different labour relations forums such as Bargaining Councils, the CCMA and Labour Courts. We have assisted the Gauteng Department of Health in defending and instituting numerous labour-related matters, one of these matters was heard in the Constitutional Court wherein the constitutionality of a provision of the Public Service Act was questioned.
