We offer legal advice to organs of State and private sector clients alike on Environmental Law. We have provided legal advice to Airports Company South Africa SOC Ltd (“ACSA”) on the Draft Carbon Tax Bill (“CTB”).

We have also assisted the Gauteng Department of Infrastructure Development (“GDID”) in implementing the natural gas infrastructure programme to various health facilities in Gauteng. In doing so, we provided legal advisory on regulatory compliance, licensing and contractual administration and risks arising from the transaction between the GDID and gas suppliers for the provision of natural gas services to the various hospital.
