Tshiamo is the Managing Director of MNS and is responsible for the firm’s overall operations and its day-to-day management.

He provides a broad range of legal skills and expertise across the private and public sectors, particularly in employment, procurement and transport law, and also has experience in labour law and related litigation. 

A key project he provided legal advice on was the Transnet 1064 project, where MNS advised on and examined the complex procurement processes followed and identified some significant transgressions.

Tshiamo has also advised on a number of the Gauteng Provincial Government’s Blue IQ initiatives – including Gautrain, the Newtown Precinct and the Rosslyn Automotive Supplier Park.
