His primary responsibilities are to provide leadership and mentorship, establish and grow client relationships, and drive the firm’s strategic direction.
He has extensive experience in the public and private sectors, focusing on good governance, forensic investigations, and the transformation of the State.
He has also led the drafting of procurement policies for various Organs of State and provided legal advice to a number of public entities and Organs of State.
Mncedisi led, amongst others, the MNS team responsible for the forensic investigations into the Transnet 1064 project and conducted forensic investigations for the City of Johannesburg and the Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs.
