Feziwe specialises and leads litigation matters in areas such as: Administrative Law and Constitutional law; Competition law; Contractual law and medical malpractice. 

She has represented a broad range of public and private sector clients in litigious matters in the High Court and Constitutional Court as well as in arbitration proceedings.

She is currently the lead attorney, in respect of the following matters:

• the dispute regarding the leadership contestation in Nazareth Baptist Church Ebuhleni;
• City of Johannesburg vs Regiments Fund Managers Pty Ltd;
• SABC v Mjayeli Security
• Transnet civils claims against persons and entities implicated in the State Capture investigations;
• Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse v Road Traffic Infringement Authority; and
• Various litigious matters on behalf of the State Information Technology Agency (SOC) Ltd matters.

One of the key projects she has provided legal advice on was assisting Transnet in preparing its submission to the Zondo Commission of Inquiry into State Capture.
