NEW APPOINTMENTS AT MNS ATTORNEYS

MNS Attorneys celebrates the new appointments of four well-deserving professionals and would like to wish them well as they start in their new roles from the 1st of March 2021.


Ms Phungula

Feziwe Phungula, the newly appointed Director,  obtained her LLB degree in 2003.  She served her articles from 2004 to 2006 and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2006. Feziwe joined MNS Attorneys in 2016 and is a litigation and dispute resolution specialist.

She has extensive experience in litigious matters arising from disputes in respect of Employment Law, Medical Malpractice and, Administrative Law and Contractual Law.

Feziwe has instituted and defended matters in the High Court as well as the Constitutional court.

 

Ziyanda Nyanda

Ziyanda Nyanda obtained her  Bcom (Law) degree in 2005 and subsequently obtained her LLB degree in 2009. She served her articles from 2012 to 2014 and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2015. Ziyanda joined MNS Attorneys in March 2018 and specialises in Corporate Commercial Law and Public Administration Law.

She provides legal advisory services to organs of state as well as corporate and commercial clients. Ziyanda has conducted numerous investigations into allegations of corruption, fraud and maladministration for public sector institutions and private clients.

 

Kanabo Skhosana

Kanabo Skhosana obtained her Bcom (Law) Degree in 2009 and subsequently obtained her LBB degree in 2013.  She served her articles from 2014 to 2015 and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in February 2016. Kanabo joined MNS Attorneys in November 2018 and specialises in Corporate Commercial Law and  Public Administration Law.

She provides legal advisory services to organs of state as well as corporate and commercial clients. Kanabo has conducted numerous investigations into allegations of corruption, fraud and maladministration for public sector institutions and private clients.

 

Thami Khoza

Thami Khoza obtained his LLB degree in 2014. He served his articles from 2015 to 2016 and was admitted as attorney of the High Court in 2016.Thami joined MNS Attorneys in 2017 and is a litigation specialist with particular expertise in Constitutional and Administrative Law, Public Procurement Law, Regulatory Law and Labour Law.

He provides legal advisory services to organs of state as well as commercial clients. Thami has conducted numerous investigations into allegations of corruption, fraud and maladministration for public sector institutions and private clients.
