MNS Attorneys is proud to announce the appointment of two attorneys to its Board of Directors. Ms Ziyanda Nyanda and Ms Kanabo Skhosana have been appointed as Directors effective from 1 March 2023.
Ziyanda Nyanda obtained her LLB degree in 2009 and has been with MNS Attorneys since March 2018. She specialises in Promotion of Access to Information and Protection of Personal Information compliance, Public Administration Law and Corporate Commercial Law. Ziyanda provides legal advisory services to organs of state as well as corporate and commercial clients on a variety of issues including Copyright Law and Competition Law. She has also conducted numerous investigations into allegations of corruption, fraud, and maladministration for public sector institutions and private clients.
Kanabo Skhosana obtained her LLB degree in 2013 and has been with MNS Attorneys since November 2018. She specialises in Corporate Commercial Law, Mining Law, Renewable Energy and Public Administration Law. Kanabo provides legal advisory services to organs of state as well as corporate and commercial clients. She has also handled various transaction advisory and project finance matters in a variety of disciplines.
